How can I order DoubleTake products on or after Monday, September 12?

Call 866-666-PART(7278) to place phone orders for any of the four Red Hawk brands (Red Hawk, DoubleTake, RHOX and Admiral). This is now the single phone number for the consolidated Red Hawk and DoubleTake sales teams. Note that DoubleTake products will now have item numbers in the Red Hawk system for easy identification and ordering.

 

Will I be able to order DoubleTake products online like I can Red Hawk, RHOX and Admiral?

Yes, many. Also beginning this Monday, September 12, online orders for the most popular DoubleTake products and colors can be placed at golfcart.com. For colors not yet available on our website, please call 866-666-PART.

 

What happens after I place a DoubleTake order from Red Hawk?

This is the best part -- DoubleTake’s exciting product line will be more accessible than ever through Red Hawk’s superior distribution and customer service channels! Behind the scenes, all systems have been integrated between the two companies, making ordering, processing and support functions simpler and more convenient. We are ramping up inventory levels in all our distribution centers nationwide. This means you will receive DoubleTake shipments significantly faster than before. Once all six distribution centers are at full capacity, most Red Hawk products will deliver within two days to the majority of mainland U.S. customers. Oversized items such as DoubleTake body sets shipped via LTL may take a few days longer.

 

How will communication change?

The consolidation means that all order confirmations, invoices and shipping notifications for DoubleTake will now come from Red Hawk’s “@golfcart.com" domain. In addition, product support and customer service teams have also been consolidated and can be reached by phone at 866-666-PART or via the dealer portal at golfcart.com.

 

How will the payment process differ?

In addition to seeing Red Hawk invoices now for your DoubleTake products, you can anticipate the following updates regarding your payment options:

  • If you have an account with Red Hawk, you will be able to go online at www.golfcart.com to pay any open DoubleTake invoices as well as new invoices from Red Hawk including DoubleTake products. If you do not currently have an online account with Red Hawk, our Accounts Receivable team will work with you to have one created. Please give us a call at 866-666-PART.

  • With few exceptions, customers should expect that their pre-paid or terms status will remain unchanged; however, in certain cases, the length of those terms may vary.

  • If you see any differences between your DoubleTake account and Red Hawk account, please let us know. You will be able to reach your Accounts Receivable team by phone at 866-666-PART or email at accountsreceivable@golfcart.com.

  • Checks should be made payable to Red Hawk and sent to 1212 65th Street, Baltimore, MD 21237.

What will happen with the DoubleTake operation in North Carolina?

In short, a lot!  For example:

  • The sales and support team of the former Custom Golf Car Supply (DoubleTake) will remain in the Salisbury, NC facility, now as Red Hawk employees, working closely with the team in Baltimore. They can be reached through the main number at 866-666-PART.

  • The Salisbury, NC facility will also become the sixth distribution center under the Red Hawk umbrella. This location will carry the full complement of products and colors within the DoubleTake color-match system.

  • The vast majority of the DoubleTake product line has been manufactured in Salisbury, NC, and that will not change. In fact, you can expect even more of the combined company’s product offerings to be produced domestically over time.
